S. Griffin - lost 6.6lbs (3kg) using the Clean 9!!

Another great testimony we have for you here...

S. Griffin has just finished doing the 9 day diet.

Here is a table of her progress (click to enlarge):

Photos before doing the clean 9
(after photos will come as Sheena goes into the Nutri-lean programme)

here are some comments she made as the 9 days progressed:

Day 2 – Had a funny aloe taste in my mouth so had 6 pieces of cucumber at lunch and a raw carrot for tea!!!!  Had a nap at 6pm for half an hour then was ready for the evening!
Day 5 – cheated – had half an Indian take away for supper and chicken salad for lunch!!!

Total cm loss = 3.7cms

Conclusion:  I feel that my clothes are looser on me.  I feel very well.  I did not feel as hungry as I expected! In fact some days did not feel hungry at all.  It has given me the kick start I needed to go on and lose another 6 Kgs.  I have now started the Nutri Lean Programme.

Thanks Mrs Griffin and congratulations!

Final Day of my detox and a total of 8.8lbs (4kg) lost in just 9 days!!

So since yesterday I lost 0.6kg added together with what i had lost since the weekend - 0.9kg.

Its my last day too! but i will save writing the total weight loss until I get on the scales tomorrow after I have finished altogether.

I must say that last night I did feel hungry! but over all I have generally stuck to the plan and apart from the fowl play last week where I put on a bit of weight, I am very happy with the way it has gone. People have commented on my weight loss and have said I look well. I feel good not only because I have lost the weight, but because my body has a good old clean out. I highly recommend the clean 9 to anyone for the following reasons:

1. The products are excellent and clean your body out as well as giving the body all it needs to function and more! (see videos)

2. I lost weight! (8.8lbs (4kg))

3. The suppliments generally don't leave you feeling hungry!

4. Over all I felt I had great energy levels.

For now, if you would like to purchase this detox diet plan (clean 9) then click the button on the top right of the page. I hope it brings you the joy it has brought me!!

is it healthy?

One question asked me recently, is, how healthy it is losing weight doing this detox? well, I am going to include some information now, across each of the days below that I have been doing the diet (mainly videos) about some of the contents of the Clean 9 detox pack.

The main ingredient being aloe vera. Here is a video all about the benefits of drinking aloe vera, put together by the producers of the clean 9:

Detox Days 6&7: The weekend and a further 0.6kg (1.3lbs) lost...

well, so much for sticking exactly to the plan... I swapped dinner around with tea again as i was at a full days training for work on the Saturday.

Top Tip:
If you do this diet and are away for the day (this only works on days 3-9), switch the dinner with the lunch so you don't have to make up the milk shake when your out. Take a cool bag for the aloe gel that must be kept in a cold place.

I had to do the same today as there was a Church communal picnic, so made sure my 600 calorie meal landed on the time when others ate too.

I am happy with the way this diet has gone. I have lost more than 6lbs and that has made it worthwhile. Anything more is a bonus!

One of the suppliments with the Clean 9 is the Forever Bee Pollen. Here follows an informative video all about the product:

Detox Day 5 - my weight is 81.6kg

Well, there you go, looks like looking at Brandon's meal has put me weight back on! (see yesterday). Or maybe the harvester were not very accurate about their chicken burger (I suspect fowl play).. who knows... i will be following the rest of the plan exactly as is though now, just in case its something i have done.

Thursday 2 June 2011

Detox Day 4 - so far I have lost 6.83lbs altogether!!

09:24am
Its going well, I am very confident in making it to the end. I feel good and have plenty of energy. I have decided to alter slightly the menu for today (having my 600 calorie meal at lunch rather than dinner), I am going to the Harvester with my boy Brandon who is 11 today!! The great thing about the Harvester is that they have a calories count on the menu so I can be confident knowing i don't go over my 600 calorie meal.

I am using the 20 minute recommended exercise to do a bike ride with Brandon and the meal I am planning is:
Cajun Chicken Burger @ 480kcal with Jack Daniels sauce (my favourite) @ 100kcal. The side that you get with that I will give to Brandon. Cost: £5.79.

14:24pm
Brandon had a great time at the harvester, however...

MAJOR UPSET to my diet...

Brandon chose Jack Daniels sauce also, and he tried it and did not like it!!! So i had to sit there not eating the Jack Daniels sauce that had to be wasted!! gutting!
If that was not bad enough, Brandon had a 'rocky horror' desert... a massive choco... hang on, i won't put you through that, its not fair to you if you are going through the diet too, lets just say it looked ver ver nice!

The Cajun Chicken burger was not up to much sadly. It was too salty and the good thing however was I did not leave feeling hungry.

late evening

I was beginning to start to feel very hungry by the end of the night for some reason, perhaps because I changed the two meals around? I did not give in and have any food though

Detox Day 3 - my weight is 81.7kg (12.9 stone)

I am amazed at how hungry I don't feel, even when looking at food. Although i have to admit that when i do think about it too much I feel temptation knocking at the door. But generally its amazing to think that all I have had over the past two days is the products from the clean 9 plan!

Amazing to think also that I have only had 1 sluggish hour so far!

I have just got back from 40 minutes + walking into town and feel fine.

I do admit however I am looking forward to my 600 calorie meal later today. I could swap it around with lunch (as the guide tells me I can do that) but I am intending to stick to the plan for now.

18:00pm

Just had my meal, however I am not sure of its total calorie value. I was starting to feel run down a little before the meal but feel fine now.

Meal:
One piece of wholemeal toast with layer of butter.
A slither of bailey's irish cream cake (to save my wife eating the majority of it)
A bowl of porridge with three strawberries and one bananna on it.

It appears I have picked the worst period to do this course, if you include the load of food my friends brought around on the first day, I also have my son's birthday tomorrow, a picnic on Sunday and a social gathering next Tuesday, all these events I won't be able to eat at really. Though I may squeeze some birthday cake into my 600 calorie meal tomorrow.

Looks like I am in for some challenging times. Although I am still not really feeling hungry the majority of the time.
